Ok, so here's my plan

I need to lose weight, I want to lose weight, I'm going to lose weight. I'm tired of carrying around excess weight.

Now that it's out there I have to do it, so here's my plan. I'm going to lose 75 lbs in 15 weeks. That's 5 lbs a week. I will then weigh about the same as when I was 16, which was 20 years ago.

Do you think this is a little unrealistic? Yea, so do I, but it sounds great doesn't it?

So here's the real plan. I'm going to exercise 6 days a week and watch what I eat. I've already started and I'm hoping it works. Hopefully I'll lose 1 - 2 lbs a week and shoot for losing 40 lbs at first. An additional 20 would be nice on top of that but 40 is a nice start. Don't you think? And a little more realistic.

Sounds like a good plan. I am working on the same plan! I had lost about 30 and gained all of it plus an extra 5 back. But am back going to the gym again and going to try and start watching what I eat, that is the hardest part for me! URGH!! Good luck! :)
